My Flex Belt Review
Welcome to my Flex Belt review. I have not posted much lately, but sometimes things just get ahead of you. You know what I’m saying, right? Well I’ve been busy working the busy life and sometimes I have to find time to fit things in where I can.
That’s what brings me to this topic: The Flex Belt Ab belt.
This thing has been an absolute time-saver for me and has helped keep my tummy nice and toned.
How Do I benefit from the Flex Belt?
As you know, I am already pretty active and place health and fitness in high priority, the problem sometimes though is keeping to that. I like to have a routine and scheduled day, but sometimes I can’t. That’s where I get the most out of my Flex Belt (electronic ab belt).
I can wear it for 30 to 45 minutes at a time while I am working on other things. It does the job and my abs can sometimes feel like I’ve just had a workout.
Keep in mind, that I use the ab belt, but its more of a tool and I keep to my healthy lifestyle because this won’t keep me in shape all by itself, but it helps. It really does.
Where Can I Learn More about the Flex Belt?
I could rant on here forever, but I found some good info at criticalabbeltreviews.com just by reading their flex belt review article I was able to get some details that I would not known otherwise. They also talk about other brands and how they stack-up against each other.
Go check it out and add an electric ab belt to you gym bag.
You won’t regret it.
My Honest Wonder Core Smart Review
The Wonder Core Smart is touted to be one of the most capable pieces of gym equipment on the market that is designed to build and tone your core. The claim is that the assisted action of the device will help you find the sexy six pack abs you’ve always desired! The question is whether this is really true or not.
I will let you in on a little secret of mine about the Wonder Core. Ready for it? here it goes: “The only wonder in this this product is one that leaves your wallet lighter than your midsection”.
I will be blunt about it, this product is a brutal unproductive waster of money and I am not the only one who thinks so. The wonder core review found here validates my view of the shortfalls of this workout devise.
What frustrates me most about this is that the commercials and ads show highly fit people using it during workouts. The calorie burn you would get from a workout with the wonder core might set you back a couple of hundred calories and that’s a maybe and a big one at that. The commercials don’t mention anything about the diet required to see the results that the TV models have.
Can it work for anyone or is it all bad?
It’s not completely bad, but its close. That said, I imagine that if you can’t perform core building exercises on your own and you need some assistance, the wonder core “might” be helpful.
Here’s What I Know About Wonder Core Smart
Save your money. your wallet and midsection will thank you. Spend your hard earned cash on something that will be far more motivational and effective in the long run like a home workout DVD program. There are plenty out there to choose from. This wonder core smart review should give you even more detail about the short falls of this product.
Old School New Body – 30 Minutes For A Strong Lean Body
I get a lot of friends asking me about Old School New Body and how the program is working for me. Well, the truth be told, the program works very very well. However, I have to admit that I don’t follow it 100% of the time. There is a reason behind this that I will explain later. The question though still remains: “How do I still benefit from Old School New Body and how can you”?
What Is Old School New Body?
If you have had a chance to read an Old School New Body Review, you are likely to find blog posts stuffed full of marketing hype designed to get a sale and its pretty clear from the start that the people who are writing these articles have no clue about what the program is about. I would actually be willing to be that they haven’t even tried the program. Bashing aside, let me tell you what I know from a firsthand personal perspective.
Old School New Body, sometimes referred to as OSNB is a 30 minute home fitness program designed by Steve and Becky Holman from Ironman Magazine. They both have a huge amount of experience in the fitness industry and build the program based on their personal experience.
Who Is OSNB for?
Anyone can stand to benefit from the workouts of this program since it is designed to use minimal equipment and weights to reduce the likelihood of injury that often comes with lifting weights. Don’t get worked-up though – I know what a lot of us ladies would say: “I don’t want to lift weights because I don’t want to get all bulky looking”.
You won’t, not with Old School New Body. The moderate weights used in the workouts help build lean mass, but not build bulky physiques that are often associated with weight lifting. If you want a firmer bum or lean midsection these workouts will help you get it done.
If you don’t want to take my words for it, that’s totally OK. Take a look around the web though and read through some of the other “real” articles out there like the one found at High Intensity Workouts (Old School New Body Review).
Best of luck – catch you on the next round.
